Any estimates, calculations and cost structures presented on the website or in correspondence before an agreement is signed are preliminary and serve to illustrate the calculation logic, not to forecast income.
Permits and licences
The possibility of short-term rental depends on regulatory requirements and the rules of the specific building. Permits and licences are verified and obtained before launch; we do not start short-term rentals before they are in place.
The agreement prevails
Final terms of cooperation, scope of services, fee, settlement procedure and the parties' liability are fixed in the agreement. In case of discrepancies between the website and the agreement, the agreement applies.
